Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years working with OR medical/surgical supplies in a relevant setting.
• Familiar with purchasing, accounts payable, and patient billing; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventories, orders, and receives shelf supplies for all storerooms; ensure stock for surgeries.
• Review the OR schedule and process special-order requests for scheduled surgeries.
• Maintain PAR levels using InFor, QSight; coordinate inventory reductions and vendor relations.
• Coordinate procurement of emergency supplies and ensure timely delivery to OR staff.
• Identify functional equivalents and formulary requests in collaboration with leadership and Purchasing.
• Document and maintain accurate inventory records for all products managed in QSight.
• Coordinate orders, receipts, and stocking of implants and equipment; reconcile invoices with AP.
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoicing and payments related to supplies.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards in receiving and storage of supplies.
• Provide cross-functional support and training for staff on inventory systems and processes.
