Job summary

Under direction, you will assist with patient care prep, transport, room turnover, supply stocking, waste handling, and quality improvement, collaborating with the surgical team to uphold safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year of performing duties of a Perioperative Care Associate I or equivalent experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prep, positioning devices and equipment for procedures.
• Transport, room cleaning and turnover in surgical/procedural areas.
• Supply stocking and general care of the environment.
• Safe handling and removal of medical waste (hazardous, regulated, infectious, recyclable, and regular).
