Job summary

Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle is seeking a Perioperative Care Associate II to help maintain the operating room and procedural area environments at the highest level of cleanliness and infection control. Under supervision, you will assist with patient care prep, transport, turnover, and supply stocking in the OR and SPAU units.

The role requires a year of related perioperative experience and an American Heart Association BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• 1 year of performing duties of a Perioperative Care Associate I or equivalent experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical/invasive procedural and SPAU staff with patient care prep.
• Transport, room cleaning and turnover, supply stocking, and environmental care in OR and procedural areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control; handle medical waste safely.
