Henry Ford Health Jackson Hospital is seeking an experienced OR circulating RN to join our Surgical Services Operating Room. You will coordinate all aspects of patient care, maintain sterile technique, and collaborate closely with surgeons, CRNAs, residents, and surgical technologists.

Qualifications

• RN with OR circulating experience required.
• Strong sterile technique and infection control knowledge.
• Excellent communication with surgeons, anesthesia and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of patient care as primary circulating nurse.
• Maintain sterile technique and safety protocols throughout procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the OR environment and equipment readiness.
• Communicate with the surgical team to ensure smooth case flow.
• Document nursing notes and intraoperative events accurately.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and expectations.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety.
