Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families and care partners.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors and staff, providing safe, compassionate and coordinated care per patient preferences.
• Communicates with interprofessional teams and services to support policies, procedures and care standards.
