Meritus Health in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an Operating Room Assistant to support patients before, during, and after procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.   The posted range is the budgeted amount for this position. The actual rate of pay will be determined based on several factors, including your relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and alignment with Meritus Health’s compensation practices.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical and psychosocial needs of surgical patients, assist with intraoperative preparation, and help maintain a smooth, respectful environment for both patients and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

Related experience in patient care preferred

Licensure/Certification
