Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse licensure.
• BSN degree or equivalent nursing education.
• At least 2 years of nursing leadership/management experience.
• Clinical certification in the patient population served or nurse leader certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides clinical leadership and shift management for the designated time period.
• Collaborates with the interprofessional team to ensure quality, patient experience, and efficiency.
• Develops relationships across disciplines to achieve shared goals and staff development.
• Supports staffing, scheduling, payroll, and cross-continuum service integration.
• Maintains compliance with accreditation, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
