Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Willing to lead P&L and staff development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Responsible for attracting and retaining talent through hiring decisions, growth plans, and performance reviews.
• Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols by promoting food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Responsible for rollout and adoption of all change initiatives, including new products, systems, campaigns and strategies.
