Whataburger Restaurants is seeking an Operating Partner to lead a team and drive performance and operations across their restaurant(s). This leader guides financial decisions, staffing, and brand initiatives to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive profitability, people development, and customer satisfaction while upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a values-driven organization and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance and processes utilizing reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols through promotion of all food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems and creation of a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Responsible for rollout and adoption of all change initiatives, to include new products, systems, company campaigns and strategies.
