Job summary

Domino's in Columbus, GA seeks an Operating Partner/General Manager to lead a single store's daily operations, drive profitability, uphold food safety, and foster an inclusive, engaged team environment.

You will supervise staff, manage costs, recruit and develop team members, and ensure excellent customer service while leveraging technology (POS, ATS) to optimize performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
