Job summary

Unusual Ventures is seeking an Operating Partner to lead Founder Services and Platform teams in the Bay Area, with day-to-day ownership and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership. You will align priorities, manage resources, and ensure timely, high-quality founder support.

You will work closely with John Vrionis to organize resources, shape playbooks, and drive initiatives across recruiting, GTM, and market-facing activities, elevating founder outcomes at every stage.

Qualifications

• Proven operator with startup CEO/COO background.
• Deep experience in enterprise software.
• Track record of building and scaling companies.
• Ability to coach founders with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of Founder Services and Platform teams.
• Organize talent, GTM, marketing, events, and customer introductions for founders.
• Help founders win across recruiting, go-to-market, customers, and coverage.
• Build repeatable playbooks and scalable support programs.
• Raise the standard for value-added support in venture.
