Gitwit is launching its Bentonville Studio to shape AI-native venture creation with live discovery and product strategy. As Operating Partner, you’ll lead local discovery, translate signals into studio directions, and connect Bentonville with Tulsa leadership.

You’ll own 0-to-1 initiatives, develop MVP concepts, and coach builders in residence. This is a senior, full-time role requiring deft storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to building a thriving local studio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading 0-to-1 discovery and product strategy.
• Ability to synthesize raw research into clear product direction.
• Comfort working with engineers, founders, and operators.
• Strong storytelling grounded in evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and product strategy efforts tied to customer and business problems.
• Create repeatable artifacts to communicate insights and plans.
• Establish tight working rhythm between Bentonville and Tulsa studios.
• Help launch and shape Builder-in-Residence program.
• Partner with recruiting to identify local talent.
