Gitwit Creative in Bentonville, AR is searching for a Staff Software Engineer who thrives in a zero-to-one environment. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to shape products from the beginning, driving technical decisions and working closely with users to validate assumptions.

This full-time, in-person role comes with a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $230,000 per year, along with meaningful equity in each venture the studio builds. Benefits include excellent health insurance, 8 weeks of PTO, and a flexible working environment.
