Job summary

Gitwit invites engineers with a builder’s instinct to join a six-month Engineer in Residence Fellowship in Bentonville, AR. The program operates inside Renaissance Philanthropy, in partnership with Gitwit Venture Studio and Northwest Arkansas Innovation Fund, offering real ownership and mentorship as part of a studio that creates companies from scratch.

Qualifications

• Evidence of building and finishing projects, from side projects to shipped products.
• Ability to think about what should be built, not just how to implement assigned work.
• Self-motivated learner who figures things out quickly and works with minimal structure.

Responsibilities

• Dive into real work from day one, learn from users, prototype, and ship early versions.
• Influence technical and product decisions to determine viable concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, validation teams, and partners to learn and iterate.
