Job Description:

• Work directly with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and set value creation plans.
• Mentor and advise C‑Suite executives on strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operations.
• Identify the most impactful EBITDA levers in a business and partner with management to implement actionable improvement initiatives.
• Drive top‑line revenue growth through strategic planning, product development, and market expansion.
• Streamline supply chains, improve product development cycles, and optimize pricing strategies.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans across all facets of portfolio company operations.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Hands‑on operational experience strongly preferred; management consulting background a plus.
• Private equity turnaround experience; private credit experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of various industries and business models.
