Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) client in San Antonio seeks an Operating Engineer 2 to join the Maintenance Department, supporting Facilities Operations. You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

The role requires 2–4 years of building systems experience, EPA 608 Type II certification, proficiency with Word and Excel, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Experience with chillers, air compressors, condensers, and piping systems (500+ tons).
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Our client, a leader in facility management and building operations, is seeking an Operating Engineer 2 to join their team. As an Operating Engineer 2, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $29 to $31 per hour
