As an Operating Engineer, you will be a key member of our property maintenance team, responsible for the hands-on maintenance and operation of building systems. Your primary purpose is to ensure the safe, efficient, and proper functioning of all assigned properties. This role is critical to JLL's business objectives by guaranteeing a secure and well-maintained environment for our clients, performing minor repairs, and executing preventive maintenance on all building systems to uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift, with availability for some nights and weekends for overtime, special projects, or on-call duties
