Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press machines safely and efficiently.
• Prepare garments by aligning and positioning materials.
• Load and unload items from heat press machinery.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and time for quality transfers.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Organize workspace and manage supplies.
• Adhere to safety policies and production deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team to meet order specifications.
