AllDayShirts.com in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a dependable Heat Press Machine Technician to operate heat press machinery and other production equipment to create custom apparel. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

You’ll prepare, move, and organize inventory, maintain a clean production area, inspect finished products for quality, and assist with packing customer orders.

• Experience with heat press, screen printing, or similar machinery preferred (training available).

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working under deadlines in a busy environment.
• Basic counting, organizational, and communication skills.
