Job summary

Mission Support and Test Services, LLC seeks an experienced OpenText Systems Applications Analyst to lead enterprise content management architecture and integration for NNSS. You will drive secure, scalable solutions using OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and Documentum, paired with containerized microservices on OpenShift and Oracle SQL databases.

You will set IT standards, manage project work plans, and mentor staff while coordinating across teams to deliver resilient content services.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required for all positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert OpenText suite knowledge (Content Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, Exstream).
• Proficiency in OpenShift, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Strong Java (J2EE/Jakarta EE), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL skills.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-team projects and mentor staff.
• Willingness to obtain DoE credential (HSPD-12) if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of OpenText solutions.
• Orchestrate enterprise workflows, records management, and content services under IT standards.
• Design secure integrations with OpenText, OpenShift, Java frameworks, and Oracle databases.
• Develop standards, work plans, budgets, and schedules; mentor junior staff.
• Prepare software specifications, tests, and operating documentation; provide user training as needed.
