Job summary

Derex Technologies Inc is seeking an OpenText Exstream specialist to join our document delivery team on a long-term contract. You will lead architecture discussions, implement Exstream solutions, and collaborate across Unix, Windows, AIX and mainframe environments while ensuring high-volume processing and timely deployments.

You will work closely with customers, engineering and operational teams to ensure robust, scalable Exstream-based document delivery solutions and oversee end-to-end project

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText Exstream 16.x or newer.
• Deep understanding of Exstream architecture.
• Experience previews and generating outputs via Exstream API.
• End-to-end implementation experience using accelerators.
• Metrics and measurements expertise.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions with customer IT and business to propose best practices on architecture, forms development, data management and integration of OpenText.
• Work with Exstream integrated with core and other enterprise applications.
• Experience in forms development.
• Support document processing, printing, and mail business through the SDLC.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across platforms (Unix, Windows, AIX, mainframe).
• Build and maintain reusable artifacts to process high-volume data; invoke CCM Tool to compose documents.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings between onsite and offshore; manage day-to-day team activities.
• Maintain documentation and deploy code across environments.
• Provide production support and development for Document Delivery Technology.
• Assist in defect triage and technical challenges.

Required Skills:

• Experience in OpenText Exstream 16.x and above
• Having complete understanding on Exstream architecture
• Previews and generating outputs using Exstream API
• Experience in end-to-end implementation project using accelerators.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discussions with customer IT, business and suggest best practices on Architecture, forms development, management of data and integration of OpenText
• Exstream with core and other enterprise applications.
• Experience of Forms development
• Participate in the entire system development lifecycle and support applications in the document processing, printing, and mail business.
• Work on multiple initiatives within Document Delivery technology.
• Work closely with multiple teams (Interfacing applications, project team, database administrator, developers, architect) on different platforms (like Unix, include windows, AIX, mainframe)
• Build and maintain reusable artifacts to process high volume data, invoke CCM Tool to compose documents.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings between onsite and offshore and manage day-to-day activities of team members.
• Help develop standard for best practice and maintain documentation.
• Deploy code across multiple environments from test to production.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide production support and development of applications for Document Delivery Technology team.
• Help team in defect triage and technical challenges.
