Job summary

Alitek Solutions in the United States seeks a skilled OpenText platform integration and implementation Consultant with 5+ years of IT or consulting experience to partner with business users and deliver OpenText solutions that expand functionality and ROI. You will lead configuration design sessions, document business processes, and drive client-focused outcomes.

The role requires deep OpenText knowledge, experience with OpenText Content Suite and SAP, and a proven project lifecycle track record.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of IT or consulting experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and administering OpenText Content Suite and/or OpenText Suite for SAP.
• Successfully completed at least one full project lifecycle implementation of an OpenText Content Suite and/or OpenText Suite for SAP solution.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology, computer science/systems, engineering/engineering technology, management, software engineering/programming, natural sciences, mathematics, social sciences, or business/finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration design and strategy sessions applying OpenText knowledge/expertise to produce sound solutions for our customers.
• Document business processes and results of business analysis into configuration design specifications.
• Lead configuration consulting efforts with clients.
• Lead configuration review sessions to verify that all configuration requirements and specifications are valid and functioning as designed within the application.
• Support application configuration test and quality assurance efforts per client requirements.
• Support design and development of data migration and system integration activities.
• Identify and design areas where customizations to OpenText are needed.
