Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Expert OpenText Cloud Consultant to lead cloud deployments of Content Server, Archive Center and Cloud Information Archive on CSP and Kubernetes. You will design topology, manage onboarding, implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure security and compliance across enterprise workloads.

The role requires strong Kubernetes/Helm capabilities, CI/CD tooling knowledge and experience with observability and disaster recovery planning in hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Deployment and operation of OpenText Content Server, Archive Center and Cloud Information Archive in cloud/container environments.
• OpenText Cloud CSP service model: onboarding, environment management and vendor interaction.
• OpenText Information Archive: ingestion, retention and eDiscovery configuration.
• Strong Kubernetes skills: pods, services, RBAC, autoscaling and networking.
• Strong Helm skills: production-grade charts and per-environment config.
• CI/CD tooling and GitOps deployment workflows.
• Observability: logging, metrics, tracing and alerting stacks.
• Cloud networking and security: TLS, secrets, IAM and hardening standards.
• Backup/DR design and testing for stateful workloads.
• Relevant Kubernetes or cloud platform certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OpenText Cloud deployments (CSP) including tenant setup and topology.
• Build, maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests for all in-scope products.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion and automated rollback.
• Establish observability, SLOs, dashboards and alerting for container workloads.
• Plan cloud cutover, migration from on-premises, dry runs and hypercare.
• Ensure security/compliance with encryption, key management and least-privilege IDs.
• Own performance/capacity engineering, cost optimization and disaster recovery.
• Produce runbooks and knowledge transfer to operations teams.
