Job summary

Red Hat Services is seeking an OpenShift Architect to design and deliver strategic, enterprise‑scale solutions. You will lead technical delivery, mentor teams, and promote Red Hat practices while traveling to client sites across North America.

A Top Secret clearance and residency in a Red Hat‑registered state are required. Responsibilities include guiding scalable solutions, conducting discovery sessions, scoping projects, and ensuring alignment with client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a solution architect, enterprise architect, or technical consultant role.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
• Lead and deliver services discovery sessions to educate customers on Red Hat technologies and best practices.
• Scope projects accurately by creating and reviewing task lists and aligning with customer requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during presales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote collaboration.
• Articulate the value of the Red Hat Services Portfolio and integrate services into customer solutions.
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve offerings.
• Lead internal initiatives to drive innovation and growth within Services.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
• Travel to client locations up to weekly as needed.
