Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• 1+ years of experience with OpenRoads Designer.
• 0-3 years of professional engineering or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to work with multiple disciplines.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality work on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop design deliverables using OpenRoads Designer and MicroStation, including civil models and plan sheets.
• Review survey information, utility records, maps, reports, and other technical data to advance design.
• Assist with utility identification, relocation design, and coordination with public agencies and utility owners.
• Coordinate with roadway, structural, drainage, traffic, environmental, survey, and construction teams on multidisciplinary packages.
• Work within project standards, delivery requirements, budgets, and milestones.
• Communicate design issues and progress clearly to leads and PMs.
