Job summary

United Concessions Group (UCG) at CVG is hiring Team Members for Chick-fil-A, Frisch’s Big Boy, Skyline Chili, and more. You will help prepare restaurants for daily operations, serve travelers, and ensure a welcoming experience from first flight to last. Join a fast-paced airport team focused on hospitality and efficiency.

Open to all—experience in food service is preferred. Roles involve early mornings, physical activity, and teamwork to deliver great guest service across seven brands at UCG

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3:00 AM or late nights with delays.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Experience in food service, restaurant, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and prepare locations for daily operations.
• Prepare food according to brand standards and recipes.
• Cook and assemble menu items with quality and consistency.
• Stock products, ingredients, and supplies for the day.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas.
• Deliver friendly, efficient guest service.
• Take guest orders accurately and process transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates across multiple airport concepts.
• Support cafe, quick-service, and full-service operations as needed.
• Ensure opening checklists and procedures are completed.

Bring Energy to the Flights of the Day

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and creating great experiences for guests? We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to help prepare our restaurants for a successful day and provide exceptional service to travelers across seven exciting restaurant brands at UCG and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport.

As a Team Member, you will play a critical role in setting up operations each shift, preparing fresh food, serving guests, and creating a welcoming experience for travelers. Your energy and positive attitude help ensure we are ready to serve from the very first flight of the day to the last.

What You'll Do

• Open, close and prepare restaurant locations for daily operations
• Complete food preparation according to brand standards and recipes
• Cook and assemble menu items with quality and consistency
• Stock products, ingredients, and supplies for the day's business
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas
• Deliver friendly, efficient guest service
• Take guest orders accurately and process transactions
• Work collaboratively with teammates across multiple airport restaurant concepts
• Support cafe, quick-service, and full-service operations as needed
• Ensure all opening checklists and operational procedures are completed
• Create memorable experiences by welcoming guests with a smile and positive attitude

What We're Looking For
