United Concessions Group (UCG) at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is seeking Opening Team Members for the Early Morning shift. You will set up operations, prepare fresh food, and serve travelers at multiple airport brands, ensuring a smooth start to the day.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare restaurant locations for daily operations.
• Complete food preparation according to brand standards and recipes.
• Cook and assemble menu items with quality and consistency.
• Stock products, ingredients, and supplies for the day’s operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas.
• Deliver friendly, efficient guest service.
• Take guest orders accurately and process transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates across multiple airport restaurant concepts.
• Support cafe, quick-service, and full-service operations as needed.
• Ensure opening checklists and procedures are completed.

Location: UCG @ Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)

Brands: Chick-fil-A, Shake Shack, 800 Degrees Pizza, Bar Symon, Petit Gourmet, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and Cantina Taqueria

Shift: Early Morning Opening Team | 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Do you enjoy starting your day early, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating great experiences for guests? We are looking for enthusiastic Opening Team Members to help prepare our restaurants for a successful day and provide exceptional service to travelers across seven exciting restaurant brands at UCG and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

As an Opening Team Member, you will play a critical role in setting up operations each morning, preparing fresh food, serving guests, and creating a welcoming experience for early travelers. Your energy and positive attitude help ensure we are ready to serve from the very first flight of the day.

What You'll Do

• Open and prepare restaurant locations for daily operations
