Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring for a full-time Team Member role in Michigan. Expect a 5-day schedule from 5:45am to 2pm, with no experience required and a strong focus on friendly customer service and teamwork.

You will interact with guests, prepare and package food safely, and keep areas clean and organized while following safety and sanitation standards. This position offers growth and a people-focused environment at Chick-fil-A.

Qualifications

• Full time position.
• Must be available a minimum of 5 days a week, with two of those days including Friday & Saturday.
• Must be available a minimum of 35-40 hours per week.
• No Experience Necessary; friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to meet the physical demands of standing, walking up to ten hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude and good communications.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable and with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Communicating between front of house and kitchen staff.
• Carrying out leadership instructions and modeling core values.

Job Description

• Interacting with guests both inside the restaurant or outside in the drive thru

• Maintaining a high level of customer service, product quality and consistency
• Following industry-leading sanitation and safety procedures
• Working with fellow team members to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
• Modeling and supporting clear communications between the front of house and kitchen staffs
• Carrying out instructions given by the leadership team and Operator
• Modeling the Restaurant's Core Values and mission in all activities
