• Drive Sales and Guest Satisfaction: deliver friendly, efficient service that supports sales goals and creates a positive guest experience.
• Front Counter & Drive-Thru: take orders, operate the register, process payments, ensure orders are served correctly.
• Cash Handling: handle cash and payments accurately following company procedures.
• Customer Service: greet guests, respond to questions, provide prompt, courteous service.
• Kitchen & Food Preparation: assist in steam table, prep area, fry station; follow recipes and safety procedures.
• Production Table Work: prepare, assemble, package, and maintain items per quality standards.
• Multitasking: manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with accuracy and efficiency.
• Cleaning & Restaurant Maintenance: maintain a clean, safe space in dining and kitchen areas.
• Following Company Policies: adhere to policies, safety requirements, and handling standards.
• Teamwork: work with teammates and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Equipment & Safety: follow operating procedures and report issues promptly.
• Food Quality & Safety: maintain proper food handling and temperature control.
