Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a highly motivated Opening Prep team member to help the store open quickly and efficiently by learning the best ways to prep, slice, chop, and portion ingredients for daily use.

Responsibilities include prepping all veggies by 8:30am, baking Wheat Bread and French Bread, and completing opening procedures by 10:30am, then handling regular in-store duties through lunch. Benefits include Health/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO and Sick Pay.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prep, slice and portion ingredients efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepping all veggies per Jimmy Johns Standard by 8:30am
• Baking Wheat Bread and French Bread
• Ensuring the opening procedures are completed by 10:30am daily
• Performing normal in-store duties through lunch after opening
