Job summary

StudioRes Prattville, an opening extended-stay hotel, is hiring a Houseperson to support our housekeeping team. You will help keep public areas clean, assist room attendants, deliver supplies, and uphold safety standards as we welcome guests to a new property under Peachtree Group.

Qualifications

• Reliable, service-focused team member.
• Willing to support housekeeping operations and public areas.
• Able to respond promptly to guest requests and department needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and departmental needs.
• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common spaces.
• Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and dirty linens from guest floors and designated areas.
• Stock housekeeping closets and storage areas to ensure adequate supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Perform deep-cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain hotel grounds and entrances in a neat and presentable condition.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to support hotel operations.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
