Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in IT engineering.
• 5+ years in enterprise desktop or end-user computing with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on Windows expertise in large enterprise environments.
• Expert-level experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of VDI and remote computing technologies.
• Automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Strong endpoint security and desktop networking knowledge.
• Experience leading enterprise testing strategies, pilot programs, and vendor evaluations.
• Leadership experience supporting thousands of endpoints across multiple locations and hybrid work models.

Full time permanent position

Must-haves

• 6 years of experience in IT engineering


• 5+ years of experience in enterprise desktop or end-user computing roles, including leadership responsibilities


• Deep hands-on knowledge of Windows in large enterprise environments


• Expert-level experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune


• Strong understanding of VDI and remote computing technologies


• Automation and scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies


• Strong endpoint security and desktop networking knowledge


• Experience leading enterprise testing strategies, pilot programs, and vendor technical evaluations


• Leadership experience supporting thousands of endpoints across multiple locations and hybrid work models


• Direct experience with modern endpoint initiatives such as Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, Intune-first strategies, or major OS migrations
