Responsibilities

• Opening Team: Set up the restaurant for a productive day, including stocking, opening equipment, and preparing hot, fresh food for customers.
• Opening Team: Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Opening Team: Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Opening Team: Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Opening Team: Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Opening Team: Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
• Closing Team: Close down the restaurant, including doing dishes, carrying stock, shutting down machines, and sweeping and mopping.
• Closing Team: Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Closing Team: Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Closing Team: Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Closing Team: Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
