Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Fargo, ND seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and drive positive experiences at the front desk.

You will handle member sign-ups, tours, check-ins, cancellations, and assist fellow team members to keep the club neat and welcoming. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required, with a focus on excellent customer service and problem solving.

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks:

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
