Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Technical Field Trainer - Cloud Training to deliver hands-on bootcamps and workshops for engineers, architects, and executives across multiple U.S. metros.

The role blends live instruction with labs, focusing on cloud deployment patterns, APIs, and SDKs. You will work hybrid across the USA representing technical programs for OpenAI partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of trainer/instructor experience delivering workshops.
• Hands-on cloud experience; AWS Bedrock or AWS exp a plus.
• Experience in SaaS or tech org preferred but not required.
• Able to design and run labs, bootcamps and live sessions.
• Strong communication for engineers, architects, and executives.

Responsibilities

Technical Field Trainer - Cloud Training

Locations: HYBRID THROUGHOUT THE USA

Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a trainer/instructor + hands on experience in cloud environment. Ideally current or past internal experience within a SaaS or tech organization but not required. Amazon Bedrock or AWS exp is a big plus.

Compensation: $125k-$175k DOE + Bonus, Unlimited PTO, Health Benefits, 401k w/ match

This is a W2 Contract, salaried role.

This is one of the highest-visibility training roles in enterprise Cloud and AI right now: you will represent OpenAI directly, running hands-on bootcamps and technical workshops for engineers, architects, and executives at Tier 1 global partners across eight U.S. metros and internationally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, technical workshops, and live lab sessions to mixed audiences ranging from software engineers and solution architects to sales teams and C-suite executives


• Guide participants through real cloud partner workflows using APIs, SDKs, deployment tooling, and integration patterns with prepared labs and sample code


• Troubleshoot participant issues in real time during live lab environments, navigating API errors and developer tooling on the fly


• Translate complex cloud infrastructure and partnership concepts into clear, business-relevant explanations calibrated to each audience's technical level


• Represent OpenAI's technical brand with credibility and professionalism at enterprise and strategic partner organizations


• Maintain premium, consistent delivery quality across regions and diverse audience types


• Collaborate with program leadership and regional stakeholders to continuously improve training outcomes

WHAT YOU NEED

• Background in technical training, developer education, software engineering, or technical enablement with experience delivering workshops or bootcamps to professional audiences


• Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts, cloud partnership models, and cloud application deployment workflows


• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, developer tools, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)


• Ability to read and lightly modify sample code in Python or JavaScript during live sessions


• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with comfort engaging both engineers and business leaders in the same session

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience delivering enterprise technical enablement or partner certification programs at global technology organizations


• Background in cloud platforms, developer relations, or cloud infrastructure


• Experience supporting certification, badging, or scaled partner enablement programs


• Fluency in English plus Hindi, French, German, or Japanese

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $125,000 - $175,000 per year (depending on experience and location)


• Target Annual Bonus of 10%
