Kids for the Future in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to read work orders, locate the correct rolls in the warehouse, unroll the material, weigh the Lot, and mark and sew the ends as needed. Daily cleaning and training on the dye/bleach/finish process are included.
You will push/pull dry fabric, stand most of the shift, operate pallet jacks, and participate in safety classes and webinars. 8–12 hour shifts with overtime are required.
Read and understand work orders
Find correct Lot of rolls in warehouse using provided paperwork
Unroll the material rolls in the manner described on the work order
Weigh the Lot
Mark ends of rolls as needed
Sew ends of rolls together as needed
Perform daily cleaning of area
Understand the basics of the dye/bleach/finish business (we will train)

Read and understand English
Push/Pull wheeled boxes of dry fabric from one area of plant to another.
Stand for most of the shift
Operate various tow motor vehicles, including pallet jack (will be trained)
Wear PPE: safety glasses, appropriate clothing
Participate in safety training (as a class and as a webinar)
Communicate with peers and supervisors about problems that arise during processing
Work as a team
Understand basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Work 8-12 hour shifts and overtime
