Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a second shift manufacturing worker in Wisconsin. Starting pay is $25.11 per hour, with a $1.10 per hour second shift differential for eligible hours, and a 6pm–6am schedule on a 2 on/2 off pattern with three 15-day months including two weekends.

• Miscellaneous duties including basic repairs, routing, tracking, preventative maintenance and station keeping.
• Support other team members through collaboration and communication.
• Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.

Pay: $25.11, plus $1.10 2nd shift differential

2nd Shift: 6pm-6am 2 on 2 off 3 15 days a month with 2 weekends. Time and a half on all non scheduled days requested/volunteered regardless of hours.

General Duties

• Operate motorized equipment (I.E forklift, KVAL lifts, etcetera) as needed.
• Read and follow sizing instructions and quality check with tape measure.
• Set up and adjust equipment to sizing specifications, understand drawings, change heads and other tools.
• Miscellaneous duties include basic repairs, routing, tracking, preventative maintenance and station keeping.
• Supports other team members through collaboration and communication.
• Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Day-to-day direction provided by supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting. (up to 25% in an 8-hour day).
• Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day. (up to 25% in an 8-hour day.)
• Push/Pull up to 100lbs with assistance (up to 13% in an 8-hour day.)
• Be comfortable standing in place for extended times.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
