Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe in Keller, TX is hiring an energetic Restaurant Assistant Manager to help open our new location. You’ll hire, train, and lead a strong team while introducing Keller to our oven-baked sandwiches, pizzas, soups, and salads.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help lead the restaurant’s opening and daily operations
• Set the pace during busy shifts and keep the team focused

• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Solve problems quickly and calmly
• Work closely with ownership to learn every part of the business
• Prepare to take on greater responsibility toward the General Manager position
