Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Junior Consultant to join the customer delivery team. You will support on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technology across industries, participating in the FASTER program to gain deep technical knowledge and customer engagement skills.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and growth within a global open source company. Travel to customer sites is required, and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience applying technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in an Enterprise IT project.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) or programming languages (Java, Go) is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and Red Hat offices.
• Desire to be customer-focused and help customers achieve goals.
• Experience with Red Hat products and related Open Source technologies is preferred.
