Job summary

ECOMPEX, Inc. seeks an Open-Source Analyst to support a government client onsite in Maryland. The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain DHS Suitability.

Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s is preferred. The analyst will produce assessments, maps, and documentation while collaborating with leadership on daily operations. The candidate will use open-source information such as social media, analyze threats, and contribute to insider threat

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in open-source or related analytics.
• Experience with government or Gov-Con environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to a government client and assist in daily operations.
• Participate in security threat assessments and vetting activities.
• Analyze the deep web using IT tools to identify transportation links.
• Apply knowledge of identity resolution concepts and techniques.
