Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a cleared Geospatial Discovery & Collection Specialist to collect and analyze open-source data at a customer location in St. Louis, MO. You will produce OSSI reports, manage activities in JIRA, and support RFIs while ensuring OPSEC and governance compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in OSS collection/analysis, experience with geospatial tools, and TS/SCI with CI Poly willingness. Join a team delivering impactful geospatial insights to government customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Open-Source collection or Open-Source Analysis experience.
• Experience with web browsing tools and advanced searching techniques.
• Course work or 1 year of experience building/using PowerPoint slides, Excel spreadsheets, Email, and OneNote notebooks.
• Basic knowledge of safe search (OPSEC).
• 1-3 years of demonstrated work with IC partners/customers.
• Active TS/SCI with willingness to be approved for a CI Poly.
• Foreign language capabilities (Reading, Writing, Listening).
• Knowledge of geospatial technologies (ArcGIS, GoogleEarth, ISpy).
• Knowledge of DoD/IC databases and services.
• Knowledge of Common Open-Source databases and Services.
• Familiarity with Social Media and JIRA.
• Knowledge of DoD and IC missions.
• Experience Geolocating images (Handheld photography, videos).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field

Responsibilities

• Collect, research, evaluate, and compile publicly available information (PAI) per customer policies.
• Produce and disseminate Open Source reports and alerts.
• Populate activities in JIRA.
• Support responses to intelligence priorities and RFIs.
• Geolocating and regional/target monitoring.
• Language support for OSSI needs.
• Assess open-source media veracity using detectors.
• Maintain proper file management per division standards.
• Request and maintain access to security domain systems and IC portals.
• Contribute to Open-Source Tradecraft knowledge management.
