Job summary

Leidos seeks an Exploitation Specialist, Data Manager and Cataloger to join our St. Louis team. You will digitize and organize hard copy records, manage archival collections, and ensure materials remain fully discoverable for customers.

Responsibilities include leading workflows, maintaining databases, and performing metadata verification across multiple systems, with engagement from partner organizations and SMEs.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience with DoD or IC context.
• 3-6 years creating and maintaining archival lookup files and databases.
• 3-6 years personnel management supporting a DoD or IC effort.
• 1-3 years team leadership and mission planning for IC or DoD work.

Responsibilities

• Digitize hard copy customer records and content.
• Manage collection maintenance services including filing, bar codes, storage and distribution.
• Provide collection development support and material acquisition recommendations.
• Implement declassification guidelines where applicable.
• Create and maintain databases, summaries, spreadsheets, and graphic documents.
• Develop, assess and communicate website usage and procedures.
• Populate Library Systems database and collections; support LOC archiving activity.
• Adhere to established customer cataloging guidelines.
• Maintain databases and library content including additions, deletions, research, corrections and cleaning.
• Provide team leadership, guidance and mentoring to lower skill levels.
• Conduct metadata reviews and verification of data integrity.
• Provide quality assessment and management services.
• Engage with partner organizations and project leads.
