Qualifications

• PhD or on track to earn by August 1, 2027 in social psychology, behavioral science, organizational behavior, public policy, quantitative social sciences, or related fields.
• Ability to teach and mentor students at graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Wamiliarity with leadership-focused curricula and data-driven policy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Teach six 3.0-credit courses per year at graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Develop and enhance curriculum, including short courses or workshops as needed.
• Mentor students and contribute to graduate programs and certificates.
