Job summary

Merrimack College's Girard School of Business invites applications for a full-time, open-rank, non-tenure-track faculty position in Marketing beginning in Fall 2027. The successful candidate will help build a distinctive model of business education at the intersection of marketing, analytics, AI, technology, and the future of work.

Qualifications

A doctorate or appropriate terminal degree by time of appointment.
Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Evidence of an active or emerging scholarly agenda relevant to the candidate’s career stage.
Demonstrated interest in engaging organizations and translating real-world challenges into scholarship and/or student learning.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate Marketing courses including analytics and emerging technologies.
Maintain an active program of applied scholarship and thought leadership.
Develop relationships with external organizations to support research and student engagement.
Contribute to the Center for the Future of Work and Applied Industry Labs.
