Qualifications

• PhD in Communication or a related field by August 2027.
• Documented record of science communication scholarship and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out independent and innovative research published in academic journals and other outlets.
• Experience working with a variety of students.

Responsibilities

• Open rank tenure/tenure-track faculty in Communication specializing in science communication.
• Contribute to undergraduate programs (B.A. in Communication and minor in science communication) and graduate programs (M.S., Ph.D.).
• Engage in cross-disciplinary teaching, mentoring, and outreach as part of the Leadership in Public Science Cluster.
