Job summary

The Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California (USC) and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles seek a full-time hematopathology faculty member to join an internationally recognized program. This Open Rank position emphasizes flow cytometry and molecular technologies with a strong pediatric care focus and collaboration with CBDI.

Requirements include an MD/MD-PhD/DO, California medical license on hire, and ABP certification in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology;

Qualifications

• MD/DO or MD/PhD degree and California medical license upon hire.
• American Board of Pathology certification in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology, and Hematology (Hematopathology) required.
• Special consideration for Molecular Genetic Pathology certification and/or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in research, clinical service, and teaching in hematopathology.
• Collaborate with CHLA CBDI to provide interdisciplinary care for pediatric patients.
• Weing within a joint hematopathology fellowship program and inter-disciplinary training opportunities.
