NC State University’s Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering invites applications for multiple tenured or tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, with emphasis on aerostructures, manufacturing, and engineering design. The roles support a vibrant research and teaching ecosystem in Raleigh, NC.

We seek colleagues who demonstrate excellence in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels and who will contribute to innovative research,

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, completed before the start date.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students across MAE disciplines.
• Lead and contribute to research in aerostructures, manufacturing, and engineering design.
• Publish scholarly work and participate in service and department activities.
