Qualifications

• Master's or doctorate in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, or closely related field.
• Current BOC certification and Massachusetts state license (eligible).
• Minimum of five years as an Athletic Trainer with clinical instruction competence.
• Experience teaching, advising, and mentoring in CAATE-accredited programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate athletic training courses and advise students.
• Engage in recruitment and retention efforts for pre-professional students.
• Contribute to program assessment, accreditation support, and policy development.
• Support curriculum development and innovative teaching practices; participate in service.
