Qualifications

• PhD in information and library science, data science, computer science, or closely related field.
• Proven record of research productivity applying automated methods to cultural heritage and memory institutions.
• Demonstrated teaching ability for undergraduate and graduate courses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active research agenda on automated methods in cultural heritage and memory institutions.
• Teach courses on ethical design and implementation of automated systems for undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Mentor and advise graduate and undergraduate students in applied research.
• Publish scholarly work or produce widely adopted tools.
• Seek external funding to support innovative research.
• Engage in service within the division, the school, the university, and the broader academic community.
