Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical reliability engineering experience in a mining or related maintenance field.
• Must be capable to lead, mentor and develop staff.
• Experience managing or supervising an equipment reliability program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause failure analysis for major component failures.
• Analyze machine performance data for reliability.
• Work with the maintenance team to develop solutions for repetitive failures.
